Synchronous Reluctance Motor (ACSynRM): Different from permanent‑magnet synchronous motors, the synchronous reluctance motor is a high‑efficiency synchronous motor without rare‑earth materials. It operates mainly by generating reluctance torque from the difference in magnetic reluctance between the direct‑axis and quadrature‑axis directions of the rotor.
